Otherwise please make your initial enquiry via our online system, Klinik. This avoids waiting in the phone queue and ensures your enquiry is instantly triaged. You can make an enquiry online between 7.30am – 4pm.

Some days we must close the service early to manage the volume of enquiries and we apologise for this inconvenience. We’re always evolving to new ways of working to manage enquiries quicker to keep the service open longer. In time some enquiry lines will be open 24/7, this is in development. 

We can only take urgent phone enquiries after 4pm or when the Klinik system is closed. Please use the online system to request urgent help before this time.

Our staff are available at reception to support you.

However, they can not book appointments at the front desk, unless you no access to the internet.

If you DO have internet access please make your enquiry via our online system, Klinik, this ensures your enquiry is instantly triaged. You can make a request between 7.30am – 4pm.

Tablets are being trialled in our reception areas. They will be rolled out across all receptions to allow patients to make their enquiry confidentially.

We now have a texting service for patients that are deaf or hard of hearing. If you need to contact the practice to order a repeat prescription or request an appointment please send a text to 07396637063. Please add your full name and DOB.
