Change or cancel appointment
If you can no longer make your appointment, or would like to change the time or date, please let us know as soon as possible, so that your appointment can be offered to someone else. We loose 8,000 appointments annually (6%) due to patients not attending their appointment, which is something we all wish to reduce.
How to cancel your appointment
- Call 0117 966 9724 select option 1 and leave a message any day, any time. Details required: Full Name, Date and Time of appointment
- Reply to the automatic text message with the word CANCEL
