Our sites

Steps have been taken wherever possible to ensure that all our building are accessible to all our patients. Whilst we acknowledge that we are limited by some of our older buildings. Marksbury road, for example, our newest building, has been built to specification with good access as the main objective. All our sites have accessible parking spaces close to the buildings with level access building entrances. Our reception, waiting areas and consultation rooms have been made as wheelchair friendly as possible.  

We are aware that it is not only disabled people who require inclusive measures. Where possible we have catered for all including older people, families with small children under the age of five, carers, friends and relatives who accompany people with disabilities as well as those with language barriers and cultural barriers.  

Our staff have been trained to support you to access the healthcare that you need. Please ensure that any access needs are known at the time of booking to ensure we can cater for personalised needs.  

Please note that we may offer a patient an appointment at a different site to their 'normal' 'home' site.
It is the patients responsibility to ensure that the correct location is attended on the day.
It may be necessary to re-schedule your appointment should you attend the incorrect site.
